2 Need for New Campus Communications Services Voice was once revenue-generating for many schools; no longer Users have adopted consumer services to meet personal / profession needs Cellular Consumer IM&P (e.g. AIM, YIM, MSN) Consumer VoIP (e.g. Skype, FWD) How can universities develop services to: Recapture these customers? Enhance the campus life experience? Facilitate collaborative research? Improve productivity?
