Level 1 - Intervention: Using Computer to be Off Task Did not Bring Computer to class Computer not charged Leaving Computer Unattended Computer Not in Case Defacing device or case- Case by case Other miscellaneous behavior A continued pattern of Level 1 behavior issues will be escalated to the Grade Level Administrator.

3. Level 2 - Escalation: Teacher Action- remand student directly to Grade Level Administrator Using Proxy sites to get around the filter Cheating using technology Unauthorized programs installed or used on computers Sharing credentials or login access Accessing Pornography or any content sexual in nature Intentional Damage to Device or Case Accessing Violent Websites and Movies Hacking into school databases or using hacking software Obtaining personal information of staff and/or students with intent to do harm Cyberbullying- Using the technology to be unkind or cruel Home movies with Inappropriate content such as pornography, drug use, and gang references Inappropriate Pictures, particularly of other underage students

4. Level 1- Teacher Intervention: Teacher Action- 1) Redirect 2) Student Conference 3) Call Home 4) Escalate to Grade Level Administrator Using Computer to be Off Task Redirect student, change student location to allow increased student monitoring Did not Bring Computer to class Have student use spare class devices or look on with another student. Computer not charged Supply classroom charger, or have student look on with another student.
