5 Amendment 4 No unreasonable searches and seizures You cannot come in without a warrant!

6 Amendment 5 Due Process of Law You have the right to remain silent

7 Amendment 6 Right to a Fair, Speedy and Public Trial Court’s adjourned !

8 Amendment 7 Right to a trial by jury for civil cases $25$5,000$0 $1 million $5,000

9 Amendment 8 No cruel and unusual punishment You can’t punish me unfairly!

10 Amendment 9 Rights of the people are not limited to those in the Constitution. We have other rights, too!
