Select Labels Click Next Click on Label options and select your label Click Next

Mail Merge Select Use an existing list Select Browse After you have selected your data source the recipients window will open. Select the ones you need and click OK Click Next

Mail Merge Click Address Block to select fields Click Match fields to indicate which column to use for the information.

Mail Merge Match the fields to the field names from your data source. Click OK Click Update all labels Click Next

Mail Merge Click Next And Click Print to print your labels
