2 Load Label Paper LOAMS: Sample Labels Made Easy Create sample jar Labels online in LOAMS to save time, simplify sample taking, and ensure data accuracy. 1 Print Labels Online Affix to Jar, Mail In 2 3

3 Labels: Explore Tab or Find Tab There are two easy methods to create labels: the Explore Tab and the Find Units Tab Explore Find Units

4 LOAMS: Sample Labels Made Easy The first step to create labels, select Equipment Labels: Selecting Equipment

5 On the left we open our Equipment Tree and check the boxes for the units or components we are sampling

6 Labels: Selecting Equipment Then select Print Labels

7 Labels: Label Wizard Labels: Selecting Equipment Another great option is searching under the Find Units tab

8 Labels: Label Wizard Fill out the required fields marked in yellow Labels: Label Wizard

9 Label Wizard: Fast Fill + Fast Fill Fast Fill instantly copies values across all of your labels

10 Labels: Label Wizard Labels: Submitted Samples Modify or Delete labels that are not received

11 Labels: Label Wizard Labels: Submitted Samples Status Report shows label history, use Filter History to search for previously submitted labels

12 Labels: Label Wizard Labels: Submitted Samples Click Print Labels to send to Printer, a new window will open

13 Labels: Label Wizard Label Paper: Avery 5263 Click Print Icon. Labels print on Avery 5263. Attach labels to jar, send to laboratory.

14 Labels: Label Wizard Do’s and Dont’s Fill out labels completely and correctly Affix label to the bottle correctly The barcode should be vertical Do not use a label for more than one sample Do not write on labels Missing information reduces the accuracy of used oil analysis reporting Dont’s Do’s
