District Controlled District Grants Rotary Foundation – Funding Model 1 July 2015 50% Global Grants (World Fund match to DDF and cash) OUTFLOW Polio Eradication Investment Income SHARE $ Tax efficient donations (USA only) Trustees Controlled 50% (max) Other (Cash, Donor Advised Funds, Endowment Fund) District Controlled District Designated Fund World Fund TRF Operating expenses – only if needed 5% of original share contribution 95% 90% Min 10% (max) of large corporate donations Contributions to TRF operating expenses Polio 50% (min) Note: Clubs and Districts need to add 5% to their Global Grant cash contributions to pay for processing costs

100% match to DDF and 50% to cash contributions Min TRF match $15000 Project min $30000 Can include: Large-scale international humanitarian projects Sending a Vocational Training Team Funding scholarships which have measurable outcomes Rotary Foundation – Funding Model 1 July 2015 District Grants can support projects in other districts Can link with other districts but zero match with TRF Can include: Sending Vocational Training Teams Sending Ambassadorial Scholars Global Club or District Developed Grants District Grants
