5 Profile The profile link allows you to update your bio, contact information, narratives, expertise, and references.

7 Updating Activities Sedona has options to add research, service, experience, and teaching activities as well as honors, awards, and scholarships. Links for all of these can be found on your Sedona homepage.

9 COS Annual Faculty Report The link for the COS Annual Faculty Report can be found under the templates section on your Sedona homepage. All faculty information has been updated through the end of April 2014, please check and ensure that this is correct and add any current information.

11 COS Annual Faculty Report Some components of the report will require you to fill in a narrative which can be found under your profile. Once the report has been generated it will give you options to print or convert to a PDF or Word file.

13 AESP The link to access the AESP is labeled as Self- Evaluation and is located in the lower task bar on your Sedona homepage. Once the evaluation has been activated you will be able to access your AESP here.

15 AESP Complete all relevant sections of the evaluation. For any sections requiring additional documentation, files can be uploaded using the ‘Attach’ link in the upper right-hand corner. Once the evaluation has been completed, select the ‘Submit’ link in the upper right-hand corner.

17 Curriculum Vitae Links for your CV can be found on the right-hand side of the upper task bar or in the templates section on your Sedona homepage. Once your CV has been generated, there will be options to print or convert to a PDF or Word file.

19 Help & FAQs If you have trouble with any of the procedures on Sedona, video tutorials are available under the Help link. Also frequently asked questions can be found at the FAQ link on the lower task bar.
