6 COURSE OVERVIEW n Class Schedule Review –Pilot/Aircrew Decision Making –Evaluation Techniques –Crew Resource Management –Advanced Technology Preview –CAPR 60-1, 60-3, 60-4 & Form 91-AC Procedures

7 COURSE OVERVIEW n Course Objectives –Train Check Observers to perform Form 91- AC Check Rides n Workshop –A-Flight & B-Flight *Be in proper uniform

8 COURSE OVERVIEW COURSE OVERVIEW n Presentation to Main Group –Must be present throughout out classroom training n Separate into two groups –One group flight operations –One group class instruction

10 COURSE OVERVIEW COURSE OVERVIEW n Flight Evaluation –Test mission procedures for Observer –Ability to conduct evaluation to PTS or National Aircrew Curriculum Standards –Evaluator in rear seat

11 COURSE OVERVIEW COURSE OVERVIEW n Pre Course Book n Turn in copies of form form 91-AC check ride paperwork to include online written test certificate.

12 COURSE OVERVIEW COURSE OVERVIEW n Mission Paperwork –Ensure you sign in (Vehicles & Aircraft) –All flight inbound, outbound, or training sorties must file out CAPF 104 and have assigned sortie number n Aircraft will be topped off after each sortie (Evaluated Observer will assist Mission Pilot.) n Mission number: n Final FLWG CAPF 108s must be sent within 10 days to: –HQ, FLWG CAP, 2700 Eagle Staff Court, MacDill AFB, FL 33621
