NAVIGATION PROGRAM Channel & Harbors - 23 active 8 high use harbors (over 1 million tons commercial cargo) 15 low use harbors 15 deep draft channels (14 ft+ depth) Toke Point Marina 7 shallow draft channels 2 without channel maintenance (breakwater & revetment) Conduct hydrographic surveys Navigation hazard removal.
