2 CFDLS © 2014 EVALUATION DETAILS A total of 16 evaluations were turned in, 7 of which were filled out by managers and 9 of which were filled out by individual contributors or employees. A total of 19 people attended the session. The first 3 questions asked participants to rate their knowledge before and after the session, on a scale from 1-5. Questions 4-7 were open-ended with room to write in responses.

I learned what my knowledge gaps are. New broader perspective on different angle to look at diversity. The percentage break down of the best practices. The 9 D&I trends.

Thank you! Crystallized vision of what talent management can provide to influence and embrace D&I moving forward. Learning more about the five 9 trends. Introduction of the benchmarks and trends. Opportunities to talk to other participants—to brainstorm and apply what we have learned. Giraffe and elephant video. Understand the GDIB model.

Influencing voice with clients. Elephant/giraffe video. Will download packet. Look at tools and resources for some work we are doing. All of it. Share the 9 D&I trends with our service leadership to help with business planning / future strategy.

Individual Contributors: Partnering / collaborating with leadership to take diversity to the next level. Share with my team and client groups. Share with administration. Hope to use the benchmarks in strategic planning for our organization. In teaching with medical students Will review GDIB in depth along with the trends. To move forward from where we are and where we want to be.

Booklet is a great takeaway. Interesting learnings. Good program – was a little frustrated at the beginning. It was 40 minutes before we got into the meat of the session. It was good once it got rolling. Helpful—plus appreciate the referral to other resources. Great handouts, facilitator, and facilities.
