GIVING KNOWLEDGE It is our duty to not only give the visitors the required information to safely journey in to the refuge but to help them experience it and wish to learn more about it and how it works. All the while trying to get the visitors to ask a question that can stump us and get us to learn more. Sometimes its just as important to leave the refuge and head to towns and schools to remind people how close nature is to them. Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books. -John Lubbock
