11 Summary and Future Plan The design for diamond detector for vacuum is done and the order for 2 first units was sent in Feb. 2014, and two more units will be delivered in 2015; One set of mechanics for diamond detector in vacuum is ready and has been tested at LAL, it will be installed at PHIL for diamond tests in April; The components for the second set are delivered, except for the central vacuum chamber, which will be built by KEK; Holder for diamond detector will be ordered and fabricated soon; Fabrication of diamond detector for vacuum will be completed in April 2014 before testing in May-June at PHIL and installation at ATF2 in autumn.
