The Soaps Wedding speeches

The Power of Story Telling We can all be Dignity Story Tellers Can become rallying cries / legends to tell ‘newbies’ and refocus all Cut through noise, capture attention, inspire action Add a level of depth / emotion Produce tremendous value for organisations at very low cost Bad news stories ‘travel’ more Good dignity stories important

Stories we can Share In groups please share some stories Think about… Little things that have made a big difference to someone’s dignity When someone has been treated with great respect When something that matters to someone has really been understood A staff member has done something unusual / unexpected Share your stories and agree one or two that you think best highlight(s) Dignity.
