Observations Difficulties: The button „Find me“ wasn‘t found intuitively. The functionality „Change position“ wasn‘t intuitive. Some users wanted to use „Drag & Drop“ to change the position of the marker. Difficulties to distinguish between the current position (marker) and the mapped points (server). The buttons weren‘t remarkable enough. It isn‘t intuitive to click on the marker to map a point. They had difficulties to read the old version of the help page (confusing, sometimes English terms, bad phrasing). 31.01.2011Participatory App18

Ideas for improvements Center the new placed point. Introduction help (e.g. video) The buttons should be more visible. The popup window should automatically open after finding or changing the position. Add a button „Map point“. Offer more types. Use the GPS signal to get a more precise position. Update the GPS position automatically. Use only one language in the help. Use „Drag & Drop“ to change the position. 31.01.2011Participatory App19
