1 Consult21 Steering Board Implementation & Migration: CP Feedback Process (Phase 1A) Areas of concern: Entry & Exit Criteria Infrastructure:  Duration/nature of the pre-migration stability period for Wick Testing:  Completion of product and service interoperability testing before scope finalised  Clarity on modem issue and confidence of fix being secured/successful  Clarity on what scenarios are being tested during wargaming MCC/TE  Testing of defined CP communication channels  Confirmation of processes for escalation/ on the night update and retention/regression to legacy for incompatible CPE etc CP readiness: Alignment of end user communications to the confirmed 1a scope Response/Mitigating Action: Stability period confirmed as running from 19 th November (BT to share view on stability for 1a) All critical number testing & obligatory product testing due for completion on 15 th /16 th Nov 06 (when STC forecast) modems issue anticipated (in CM14 service pack on 14 th ). (BT to be clear on cause) To be confirmed that the IMWG (14 th Nov 06) and Pathfinder C21-IM-013 briefing. RAG Status Amber Update: 10/11/06

2 Consult21 Steering Board Audio review – 10/11/06 Key items: Jim Feenan gave a brief update on the status of testing since the last Conformance Testing report on 7/11:  Making progress on stability issues  Service packs being received by BT over next few days (until 14 th ) to take on outstanding functionality and fixes for products and stability issues  Forecast to attain STC/testing completion about 15 th /16 th Nov  TE testing has gone really well and although it continues this is repeating already successful LAB testing in the out of service network Specific progress on product testing:  Fixes for CPS testing (OP 16), Wholesale Access (OP 4) Numbering Plan (test 22) Indirect Access (test 26) Feature Interactions (test 21) have been received and are expected to pass over the weekend/Monday  Light User Service Indirect Access Barring (test 43) has now been formally de-scoped for 1  Good progress on Wholesale Access Analogue product with Ring Back When Free (RBWF), Free phone and Operator Services now proven Liz Walsh re-iterated BTs commitment to be as transparent as possible during the process for finalising the scope of Pathfinder Attendees: Kingston - John Wriglesworth, Graham Smith BTr - Sharon Stockley, BTr Thus – Clive Feather Gamma – John Crawford C&W – Gareth Grappelli & Jonathon Welton Caroline Hill (ntl:Telewest) Consult21 – Liz Walsh, Bill du Cann BTW – Jim Feenan, Ian Sumsion, Ivan Strachan, Dave D’Arcy, Marco Valdivia, Andrew Gray, Jim McDonald, Martin Pigott Next Call: Will be either Friday 17 th or Monday 20 th – TBC via the calendar

3 Consult21 Steering Board Audio review – 27/10/06 Attendees: John Roberts, KingstonGraham Smith, Kingston Clive Feather, ThusSharon Stockley, BTr John Campbell, GSAndrew Gray, BTW Jim Feenan, BTWBill du Cann, BTW Key items: Jim Feenan presented an update on testing and reaffirmed BTW’s position on the stability period. Jim stated that recent progress had been good CPs expressed concern that still only 43% of tests have been published as complete. Jim will provide updates between the review calls.
