Components of Quality Improvement  Collect feedback from staff, families, and students about a given program (Surveys)  Create a stakeholder team of staff, students, teachers, administration, business leaders, etc...  Observe program using the MAAP Self-Study Tool  Create a Action Plan for Program Improvement based upon information gathered from surveys and observations.

9. The MAAP Stakeholder Team (10-12 Hours over 9 months)  Meeting #1: Review the process and set an observation schedule.  Meeting #2: Review findings and create a program improvement plan. Set subsequent observation dates to monitor the plan.  Meeting #3: Review observations and create a final improvement plan.  Meeting #4: Exit interview with the MAAP Validator
