Trip is offered every other year during Spring Break Dates of the trip Spring Break 2017! Your kids will have a blast, and parents will too!

Capital, Court, White House Tours of Capital, Supreme Court, White House(we hope), Library of Congress Congressional Permission needed for the White House Of 6 trips, only been to White House Once

Expenses Cost of the trip is: Currently Unknown The trip does not need to be paid off immediately, it must be paid off by late January 2017, there are extended plans You can set up payment plan Pick up a registration packet from me if you are interested, you can also sign up on the internet. Yes 8 th, 9 th graders can go!

What the fee pays for: Airline Ticket Hotel Chartered Bus Tour Guides Night Security Guards World Strides reps found everywhere Admission to all attractions Three Meals a Day It would be hard to take this trip cheaper if you tried to duplicate it

Other Details Participants will be able to select roommates. Meals: Breakfast buffet at hotel Lunch usually at some type of food court Dinner usually at a buffet restaurant

Communication I will be meeting with the kids throughout the year. I will send out reminders and history facts throughout the year; Worldstrides will be sending reminders as well. Use the trip website There will be other meetings in September; another before we leave to go everything.

Communication Part Two I set up an remindme.com so group texts can be sent to everyone Every kid will be given chaperone numbers on the trip; parents/kids will be able to call my cell phone on the trip. Kids can bring cell phones. Kids will wear lanyards with hotline number.

Registration Internet Phone Snail Mail Make sure you give Worldstrides our Trip Number: $99 deposit Trip Insurance is optional

Dates Deadline for signing up is mid-October; however, there are few spots left so you should sign up ASAP. Must have trip paid off by late January 2017 Trip is during Spring Break of 2017

If you register for the trip within 48 hours, you will receive a $25 discount on the trip. (If you attended the information meeting)
