29. Communication I will be meeting with the kids throughout the year. I will send out reminders and history facts throughout the year; Worldstrides will be sending reminders as well. Use the trip website There will be other meetings in September; another before we leave to go everything.

30. Communication Part Two I set up an remindme.com so group texts can be sent to everyone Every kid will be given chaperone numbers on the trip; parents/kids will be able to call my cell phone on the trip. Kids can bring cell phones. Kids will wear lanyards with hotline number.
