Data Collection – Existing Groups ACA Manager has the ability to transfer necessary data from benefitsconnect to a personalized employer ACAManager site. Benefit election information back to 1/1/2015 will be transferred Information required to be submitted by employer 500 Employee Census Report (for employees terminated prior to eligibility) ACAManager Launch Report Pre-formatted excel workbook must be completed by employer ACAManager required data Measurement periods Health plan information Full-time employee hour tracking (monthly, dating back to 1/1/2015) Variable hour employee tracking (monthly, dating back to 1/1/2015)

Timeline for Participation By SEPT 21, GIS will notify Broker of groups that qualify for ACA Manager. By OCT 5, Broker will identify a list of qualified groups that have a need for ACA Manger. Broker is provided with Set-Up Sheet, Hours Tracking Template YTD, Census Template, Hold Harmless when GIS accepts group for ACA Manager. Step 1: OCT 1 Communication Set-Up Sheets, Hours Tracking, Hold Harmless and census due to GIS ACA Team Are all employees eligible to receive a 1095-c employee statement in BenefitsConnect? If no, a census is required to add these employees. Step 2: OCT 31 Data Collection Completes BenefitsConnect configuration update Completes ACA Manager Set-Up Step: 4 GIS ACA Team Client or Broker enters all historical medical elections that were made prior to GIS takeover date (if applicable to plan set up). Step 3: Client/Broker ACA Manager Set-Up Complete Employee Hour Tracking Spreadsheets are uploaded ACA Manager Team Reaches out to Client/Broker for Training Step 5: JAN 1 ACA Manager Team
