17. What we have learned so far… Manitoba has very good average attendance Attendance concerns are complex Students with attendance from 80% and up tend to “fly under the radar” Interventions need to be targeted to specific groups of students

18. Next Steps Use data to inform our actions Provide a clear message to students, parents, community that regular daily attendance is critical for student success Implement evidence based practices in schools Continue to build partnerships
