2. Learning Targets:  Participants will determine what to consider when identifying post-secondary options in your ACP process  Understand what options can be included in the ACP process  Learn about one school district’s messaging around the options and how to prepare

3. Why? Our responsibility is to prepare our students to be able to access options appropriate to their learning plan (good consumers of post-secondary education). We know that students are individuals who need different options to follow their chosen path to reach their post-secondary experiences.

Even at state flagship universities — selective, research-intensive institutions — only 36 percent of full-time students complete their bachelor’s degree on time. It combines on-the-job learning under the supervision of experienced journey workers with related classroom instruction. It is sponsored by employers, employer associations, or labor/management groups that can hire and train in a working situation.
