Academy Components Academy Evaluations Please notice with each section: Identifies/organizes academy team The Standards defined Identifies need for District or School Administrative Support Identifies need for School Administrative and/or Business Advisory Support Achievement focused – not an autopsy. Action Plan Document Post evidence of meeting each of 12 standards Transparent and shareable Used for evaluations Academy Wiki Evaluate evidence of meeting standards. Begins in spring and usually takes through the summer. Results celebrated at the Fall Academy Awards.

Assess Pre-evaluation Status: Directors:  Bring up your Action Plan  In 5 minutes - review the document/plan with your AP.  When finished, please bring up your Academy Wiki page.  In 5 minutes - review the evidence with your AP Assistant Principals:  Please review your Director’s plan.  Make notes of issues/needs that still may need to be addressed and who else might be needed to assist.  Review evidence posted on Wiki  Please discuss any questions or recommendations with your directors
