Internal Process for Managing Website Update Requests Marketing Department

2 Employee must fill out in complete detail “Custom Computer Specialists Website Change Request” form. Form should be submitted to Kristin Frisina via email or dropped off physically. Any necessary supporting documents must be included at time of submission. If request is time sensitive this should be indicated as well. All requests must be submitted at least XXX in advance to ensure timely updates to website. Employee Requests for Website Updates Process

3 Website updates will be made XXX times per month (except in cases where immediate change is required. 4 Receive new testimonial Testimonial gets recorded on tracking excel sheet Testimonial is added into queue on website for rotating testimonials Shining Star/Testimonials Internal Tracking
