IT keeps data on patients demographics and more… For the Rx campaign, I was not aware that IT was in charge of the phone tracking until after I did research to move phone tracking forward.

It is hard for employees to know towards whom they should turn in order to obtain the data they’re looking for.

7 Overall, better data management and tracking will result in a better understanding of our ROI

8 HOW CAN I HELP? I will be the point person for all of our marketing data and create a centralized system where the data collected can be easily accessed and utilized effectively. I’ll also update management and leaders on how our marketing activities have yielded us the effects we would like - or wouldn’t like by showing you more detailed & various analytic reports.
