CONDITIONAL TYPE 1 If + subject + verb(present tense) + …, subject + will + verb Examples: If it rains, I’ll stay at home. I’ll buy a car if my parents give me $2000.

If + subject + verb(past tense) + …, subject + would/could/might + verb Examples: If you gave me the key, I could fetch the ball. I would cry if he left me. CONDITIONAL TYPE 2

If + subject + verb(past perfect) + …, subject + would/could/might + have + p.p. form of verb Examples: If I had seen her, I would have asked her to call. The books wouldn’t have been damaged if Mary had moved them. GOOD LUCK CONDITIONAL TYPE 3
