Connecting a TDE model to a Portable Station (PS) makes it possible to access the PBX features via the PS for smooth, easy communication. Using the Wireless XDP, you can set the handset to the same extension as your desk phone, and then receive calls when you're away from your desk. You can take calls wherever you are, so you never keep a customer waiting. The TDE Series can be integrated with Panasonic Wireless solutions. The TDE PBX systems provide a variety of call distribution options. When a call comes in to a busy line or an unattended phone, the system can distribute it to another extension, a voice mail system, a home or mobile telephone, or other pre-programmed destinations. Walking Extensions for Virtual Extensions ― ‘Hot Desking’ is the concept where an agent can log-in to any unused desk phone with a pre-programmed ID number, and that phone takes on their settings. The KX-TDE has many Agent features that increases Call Center functionality. Log-in/Log-out ― Allows Agents to log into a ring group with an ID number. All calls received by the agent are displayed on the report until the agent has logged-out. If a pre- programmed number of calls to an agent remain unanswered, the agent is automatically Logged-out. This feature can be activated by pre- programmed ‘Log-in/Log-out ‘key. Wrap-up time ― On completion of a call, Wrap-up time is activated to give the agent a short pre-programmed time before they can receive a new call. This allows them to complete any necessary paperwork to finalise the previous call. This feature can also be activated manually by a pre- programmed ‘Wrap-up’ key. This feature is called Not Ready. Know exactly who is using the PBX, when and what they are using it for The TDE is capable of printing or outputting to a PC, a detailed log of the following information: Incoming/Outgoing Trunk call information including Dialled number, Call Duration, Account code, Room Check-in/Check-out, and Timed Reminder Start/Answer/No Answer status. This feature allows up to 8 different, 16 character long text messages to be stored in a printing message area via programming. Simple, Convenient Voice Message Solution dvantage The New KX-TDA0192 (2ch) and KX-TD0194(4ch) Simplified Voice Message (SVM) cards provides KX-TDE extension users with an efficient, cost-effective private, voicemail solution. Each extension user can have a personal Voice Mailbox which can play outgoing greeting messages as well as record incoming voice messages irrespective of the type of extension used, i.e. Proprietary Telephones (PT), Single Line Telephones (SLT), and Portable Stations (PS). The recording storage space on each voicemail box is shared between outgoing greeting messages and received voicemail messages. Extension users can record, listen to or clear their own greeting messages – as well as playback and clear voice messages left by outside callers. Each SVM card supports two channels, allowing two users to access the card simultaneously. The system supports up to two SVM cards per PBX for added recording storage capacity. Accessing the voicemail requires assigning each SVM card with a floating extension number.
