2 Recipe for : fruit kabobs 1)1 apple 2)1 banana 3)1/3Red seedless grapes 4)1/3 green seedless grapes 5) 2/3Pineapple dunks 6)Not fat yogurt 7)Wooden skewers ------------------------------------------------------------- - directions 1)Prepare the fruit by washing grapes, apples and cutting them in to small squares peeling the banana and cutting it into chunks and cutting the pineapple Into chunks if its fresh. 2) Spread coconut into a large plate 3)Slide pieces of fruit into a wooden and design your own kabob by putting as much or as little of whatever fruit you want !!.Do this until the stick is almost covered from end to end. 4) Hold your kabob at the end and roll it in yogurt so the fruit gets covered. Then roll it in the coconut. 5) Repeat this steps with another skewer Servins:4

3 1) Olive oil 2 table spoons 2) 2Garlic cloves 3) 2Medium zucchini 4)Ounces fettuccini 5)All flour I table spoon 6)cold7% low fat milk 1 cup 7)Evaporated milk ½ cup 8)Salt ½ cup 9)Cut freshly grated parmeyon  Directions  Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain.  While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, zucchini and peppers; saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp tender.  Pour vegetables over hot pasta

4 1)POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF ¾ POUND 2)CLOVES GARLIC 2.POUNDS 3)OUNCES 5 -15 OUNCES 4)CHILLIE POWDER 1 TABLESPOONS 5)CAYANE PEPER ¼ 6)CUP OF WATER 1/3 CUP 7)MEDUIM TOMATOS 7 8)SALT 2 TABLESPOON 9)FRSH GROUNDED BLACK PEPER 2TEASPOONS 10)MEATS LETTUCE CHOPPED 2 11)GRATED CHEDDAR ½ CUP 12CUP GRATED CHEDDAR ½ Directions Brown ground beef in medium skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain. Stir in peanut butter, taco seasoning mix and water until blended. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Combine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onion and beans in large serving bowl. Stir salsa and dressing in small bowl until blended. Pour over lettuce. Toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed tortilla chips on top of lettuce. Spoon meat mixture on layer of chips, then top with cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips around edge of bowl. Garnish center with additional chopped lettuce, tomato wedges, avocado slices and sour cream. Serve immediately.
