6  Enable us to present demo base on industry and customer flow  Organize different applications (Form and Html) into a single flow to cater to customer business requirements, without logon into different applications separately many times  Show the key industry successful references in the flow Simple, guided and instant access to live Oracle Business Flows using live applications Why Flow Builder and Viewer is necessary

7  Graphical interfaces Process – The Sizzle Flow Builder enables you to build and publish business flows on ADS instances. – Once published, the flows can be shown by means of the Sizzle Flow Viewer  Link to ADS instance – These flows are clickable and each click can open an Oracle Applications screen on a live ADS demo instance  Fully authenticated with user and responsibility What can Flow Builder and Viewer do

9 We can search an existing business flow through Search button We can create a new business flow through Create New button Using Flow Builder

10 When Create a new business flow, we need to specify unique name, short description, product area, industry, language and number of boxes When determine the number of boxes, initially we can enter a maximum of 8 steps. When building the flow we can use the insert feature to create up to 12 steps. Using Flow Builder

50  The Demo Wizard includes Operations/Vision Corp data only  Not all the Operations/Vision Corp data are seed to the Demo Wizard  Some data, you can only changed the description only  The demo wizard can list all the wizard data valuein the Demo Wizard Data Listing Report. So this report is too log to read.  Need to standardize file naming convention. Limitations

51  Phase of Preparation – Understand what Vision data can be changed by using Demo Setup Wizard  Phase of Setup – Select the right instance for setup – Change the language to ‘ ZHS ’ – Make change to demo data, normally names and descriptions – Export the changes to a *.dmp file , and download to a local drive. – Make screenshots or viewlets – ‘ Reset Vision Default ’ , to recover original Vision demo data  Phase of demo – Upload *.dmp file to the demo instance, before live demo is done – Process live demo – ‘ Reset Vision Default ’ after demo, to keep the instance clean Guide for Use
