12
DEPLOY Deploying Interfaces [on your own]: Identify interface areas to automate by priority Identify data cleanup in the third party [if needed] Modify the third party system Create interface mapping w/ initial export from third party Save the mapping Use saved mapping to process transactions per day/week/month Modify mapping/template as needed #Orchestrate2015
13
DEPLOY Deploying interfaces with Orchestra: Review project scope [including pre-reqs to initially begin track] Assigned project consultant Training webinar Help with configuration/set up of interface Two weeks of stabilization [once interface is set up] Including a Basecamp project for communication and one-on-one meetings (as needed) On-going support #Orchestrate2015

TESTIMONIAL Tim Twining and his POS Interface journey POS System: SQUARE #Orchestrate2015
16
TESTIMONIAL Why did you choose to implement the POS interface? “We chose to go with the interface as a way to efficiently report our sales numbers and keep accurate inventory numbers with regards to OBEER. It seemed to be an easier system than going through sales reports everyday and figuring out what was taken out of inventory manually.” How did you roll it out? “ We started recording numbers every day starting on September 1st. It probably took a month or so prior to that since at the time we had just hired in a new tap room manager and she was implementing daily operating systems for her staff. The three people we have working with it are our tap room manager, Laura who deals with the invoicing, and myself.” #Orchestrate2015
17
TESTIMONIAL What was the most difficult part of the implementation? “The most difficult part was developing proper communication channels on our end. Our tap room operates on Square and I had to learn how to pull daily sales sheets and add/edit items on the fly… I learned that spaces after items in the POS were the source of most of my frustrations.” What is the biggest benefit? “The biggest benefit right now is how quick and easy it is to use now that everything is clicking. Most days, I spend about a minute inputting the previous day's sales report. If changes do have to be made, they are usually done quickly.” #Orchestrate2015
18
TESTIMONIAL What would you do differently if you had to roll it out again? Any tips or tricks that others should know? Questions for Tim? #Orchestrate2015
