5. After Discussing Each E-Type Focus on your top 1-2 traits and complete the following in essay format: What is your Top E-Type (or Entrepreneurial Type)? Read the Article Referenced above and then answer: – What are the best attributes that this type offers? – Have you thought about any of the Business Choices listed for your E-Type? Do you agree with your E-Type results? Why or Why Not?

6. Advisor/Counselor Wouldn't you like to be paid for giving your opinion? Or your advice? Typically, Advisor/Counselors have a great deal of expertise, education, and experience. One skill that this E-Type excels in is listening. Advisor/Counselor E-Types are quick learners. Some of this is a result of their experience, but part of it is because they're curious and observant by nature. They understand things quickly. Another personality trait of Advisor/Counselor E-Types is that they don't have to be in final control of a situation. Generally, they influence or educate their clients; the clients themselves have the ultimate responsibility and authority. So Advisor/Counselors don't have to be—typically don't get to be—the decision-maker. Advisor/Counselors recognize that their role is not to decide, but to guide.

7. Builder/Creator Those who fall in this E-Type are driven to create something tangible where it did not exist before. The Builder/Creator E-Type includes both those have their own unique vision (an artist, for example) and those who have the skill to produce something that is someone else's unique vision (a house painter, for example). Most often, however, businesses that suit this E-Type require a combination of one's own unique vision and the client's vision or needs. – Think of an architect. Architects design buildings to suit their client's desires, but they also have to bring their own talent and vision to the project.

Caregiver/Maintainer If you're a person who sees yourself as a helping, supportive, or nurturing personality, or someone who can provide ongoing attention to something consistently over time, you may be a Caregiver/Maintainer E-Type. People who fall in this category may provide care to a person, a thing, an animal, or plant life. If you're a Caretaker/Maintainer E-Type, you'll find your business can be very satisfying. Others might find your work repetitive One advantage for those in this E-Type is that there are many opportunities that do not require certification or advanced education to start. Unfortunately, many of the businesses suitable for this E-Type can be exhausting. They're almost all time-demanding. After all, your purpose is to maintain things or people. That takes continual, regular time commitment.

9. Communicator/Trainer All this is great news for Communicator/Trainer E-Types. The need for people who can communicate clearly and concisely has never been greater. Whether for business or personal interactions, for sales or education, information or entertainment, people who can transmit ideas, information, and language are in demand.
