The origins of our Dropship Program lie in a 2014 partnership between VoiceComm and iQmetrix which integrated their RQ Retail Management Software with our digital catalog. RQ allows retailers to display and sell products they wouldn't normally stock, or are out of stock of, all from the point of sale. As a result of this partnership, retailers who subscribe to the RQ Platform can offer endless aisles of accessory solutions without investing in physical inventory. Product orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from VoiceComm’s warehouse to the consumer's chosen destination. IN STORE Employees utilize RQ to showcase product offerings to the customer. AFTER SALE Products are shipped and shipping details are shared through RQ. Because the transaction took place in RQ there are no changes to compensation or accounting. TRANSACT Process sale through RQ as normal with a slight adjustment to allow VoiceComm to fulfill. INTEGRATION Dropship orders are sent to VoiceComm allowing for inventory availability to be shared & order to take place. Process Behind the Scenes Serves as the information hub -processing product information from the product catalog, order info from sales transactions, and order updates including ETA’s and shipping details. The Retailer Provides a digital product catalog which is automatically updated multiple times each day to reflect new products and real-time product availability. Subscribes to VoiceComm’s catalog which displays products in RQ through the Dropship* feature. *Requires Core 5 software version VoiceComm and iQmetrix remain invisible throughout the entire process – serving as the logistics wing of the operation while maintaining a unified front to care for your customers the same way you expect your own employees to care for them. View the products that are available to the customer.

Filter/Search to find the product the customer wants.

Add the product to the cart.
Simply add multiple times to increase the quantity.

You can view the contents of the cart in the top right corner.

Next, add a customer to begin collecting their information.

You can search for an existing customer or create a new one
If you create a new one, you’ll be redirected to the “new customer” screen.

Once you find the customer you’re looking for, select them and click “ok”.

If you select “Deliver to Customer”, the billing address will autofill by default.
If it needs to be changed, select “Custom Address” to enter a new one or choose from a different shipping address the consumer used in the past.

If you select “In Store Pickup”, then the current store will autofill by default. You can change the store if the customer would like to pick up from a different location.

Next, RQ will contact VoiceComm to calculate the shipping options
VoiceComm will always provide a free shipping option, so there’s no additional cost to the customer. If the customer wants the product to arrive sooner, then they can pay extra for expedited shipping.

After selecting the shipping option, the sales person should review the details of the order with the customer, verifying the address information, shipping option, and products.

Then you return to the invoice where you can add physically stocked products to the invoice.
Some notes on the invoice: You can’t just remove one dropship product from the invoice. This is because a product being removed could affect the cost of shipping, so all dropship items are linked and removing one will remove all of them You also can’t change the quantity of the products If you want to modify a dropship order, return to the dropship wizard and add/remove products there If setup by head office, the products and the shipping can be discountable Taxes are applied as normal

After you’ve added all the products needed for the invoice, continue to tender as you normally would with any other sale. Once you tender the invoice, the order is sent to VoiceComm to be pick, packed and shipped
