1. MODULE IN DPC LOGIN Assign Additional Charge to BDO’s (Block Development Officers) by DPC

2. 1. Once user login from DPC. There will be a link “Assign Additional Charge to BDO’s (Block Development Officers)” under Staff Registration Section. From this page, DPC can assign additional charge to registered BDO’s. 2. In this page MIS will display all Registered BDO’s (Block Development Officers) at blocks under this district. In list name, email id, designations and mobile no of BDO will display. 3. DPC will select BDO from list and click on check box to assign additional charge to BDO.

3. 4. After assigning additional charge to BDO there is an option “Map Block Development Officer(Additional Charge) with Blocks ” under submit button to map BLOCKS with additional charge BDO’s.

4. 5. Once user clicks on map option and select block development Officer in Designation dropdown list, system will automatically display names of all registered block development Officer with addition charge. User select BDO.

5. 7. Once user selects additional charge BDO,system will display his email id and mobile number. 8. In grid, system will display names of blocks of login district in which there is no BDO registered and there no additional charge BDO mapped with block. 9. User selects blocks from the list and click on map button to map selected BDO with blocks.
