Access ZipApp SBLI Level Term: 10,15, 20, 25, or 30 years SBLI Whole Life: Continuous and Limited Pay Available for all states except New York and Montana Enter the client’s information Explain the next steps to the client outlining the fulfillment interview and paramedical exam process (vitals & specimens only) All required fields must be completed Ticket submitted to the fulfillment center Agent enters client information on ZipApp Licensed Agent determines product & rate class for client Tickets submitted electronically to fulfillment vendor 6
