2 OPTIONS Create a Group Click the “Information” Tab Enter the name of your group If tracking handicap for your group, click the “Track Handicap” checkbox (if not, uncheck the box) If you make handicap adjustments for NET Skins, enter the percentage (100% = full handicap) This setting adjustment is ONLY for Skins game calculations Click “Save” when completed Getting Started - Dashboard

3 OPTIONS Select Handicap Method Click the “Handicap” Tab Select the method for establishing a handicap within the group 1)USGA 2)Quick Click “Save” when completed Getting Started - Dashboard

4 OPTIONS Select Administrator Click the “Administrator” Tab You are the default administrator Click “Save” when completed This will take you back to the Dashboard screen Getting Started - Dashboard

5 OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list Click the “Players” button Once players have been added, you have created a Player List. You can add additional players at any time Getting Started - Dashboard

6 OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list THIS WORKS EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AS WHEN ADDING PLAYERS IN THE ORIGINAL SET-UP From Group – Select the group you wish to add players from, click “Save”. Players from this group will be added to your players list. Getting Started - Dashboard

7 OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From Email – This method will allow you to import contacts from your email client. Click the green “Click Here” link and a new screen will appear. Getting Started - Dashboard

9 OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From Email – The applet will start and access your contacts. Once the contacts have loaded, select the players you’d like to add by clicking the checkbox next to the name. Click “Next” Getting Started - Dashboard

Edit each players information as necessary Click “Add Players” Players will now be added to your Player List If you do not know a players handicap, leave it at zero. This can be changed later. 12 OPTIONS Add Players Add players to your list From File – You can upload players using a.csv file. Create a file in your spreadsheet program using the format listed. Save file Click Upload and navigate to the saved file. Click “Open” and the players will upload. Then click “Save Players” These players will now be added to your Players List Getting Started - Dashboard

13 OPTIONS Create Event Click the “Events Tab” on the Dashboard Then click the “Create Event” link Getting Started - Dashboard

14 OPTIONS Create Event Event Info- Complete all required information, then click “Save and Continue” Getting Started - Dashboard

15 OPTIONS Create Event Scoring Option- Default is Stroke Play, Gross & Net Additional scoring options can be added by clicking the drop-down menu. If selecting additional scoring options, click each, then click “Add Scoring” When finished, click “Save” then click “Save and Continue” Getting Started - Dashboard

16 OPTIONS Create Event Select Players Add the players that will be playing in your event. Click or drag the players from the Available Players column into the Players Registered column. Getting Started - Dashboard

19 OPTIONS Create Event Create Flights (Optional) Creating Flights for an event allows players to compete against other players in their flight If your group does not have more than one flight, click “Save and Continue” now and skip the following steps If you will have more than one Flight, click the drop- down, select the number of flights, then click the “Reset” button. All players will be arranged, by handicap index, into the number of flights selected. Click “Save”, then “Save & Continue” Getting Started - Dashboard

20 OPTIONS Create Event Hole Assignments If using Tee Times: Enter the proper starting hole (usually #1 or #10) for your group, then click “Save and Continue”. Getting Started - Dashboard

21 OPTIONS Create Event Creating Pairings RANDOM: Click the “Randomize” button and players will be randomly paired together. CUSTOM: Click “Move all to Pool” button, all players will be moved into the Players Pool column on the left. Then, drag each player, one by one, into the appropriate pairings you’d like to create. Verify that your selections are accurate, then click “SAVE”. Next, click the “Pairings Details” button to view the set-up for your event. Getting Started - Dashboard

22 OPTIONS Create Event Pairing Details This can now be copied into a spreadsheet and sent directly to the course for them to add to the tee sheet, create cart signs and print scorecards. Click the “HOME” tab when finished Getting Started - Dashboard

23 OPTIONS Ready to Play ON COURSE SCORING USING THE GOLF GAMESKEEPER MOBILE APP At this point, you are ready to go play golf! The Golf GamesKeeper software has set everything up so you can use the Golf GamesKeeper Mobile App while you play. Getting Started - Dashboard When you get to the course, have all the players login to the Golf GamesKeeper Mobile App, pick one person per group (twosome, threesome or foursome) to enter the scores for all players in their group. When the first ball is in the air for your group, click “start round”. Enter scores after completing each hole for all the players in your group and ALL the players in your event will be able to see everyones scores on the Live Leaderboard!

24 OPTIONS POST EVENT SCORING Your Group is entered and ready to play. As scores are entered on the Mobile App while playing, the results page is populated with hole-by-hole scores. When the round is completed, verify each players scorecard (hole- by-hole) Getting Started - Dashboard

25 OPTIONS POST EVENT SCORING When the round is completed, log in, click the “Verify” tab. Now, verify each players paper scorecard (hole-by-hole) and make any changes on the screen as necessary. When finished with a player, click the “Verify” button. This must be done for EACH player throughout the entire player list. If all scores for a player are correct and no changes need to be made, simply click the “Verify” button and move on to the next player. Repeat this process until all scores have been checked & verified. When the last player is verified, the screen will automatically change to the RESULTS screen Getting Started - Dashboard

26 OPTIONS POST EVENT RESULTS Once on the Results page, you can view all players scores, ranked from first place to last place. Gross & Net scores Net Skins (hole-by-hole view) Skins Winners, Gross & Net Getting Started - Dashboard

27 OPTIONS POST EVENT RESULTS - Flights If your event used flights, click the drop-down menu to view all scores and overall finish of each player in each flight. View Gross or Net by clicking the appropriate tab Getting Started - Dashboard

28 OPTIONS SCORE POSTING Scores for each Golf GamesKeeper Member will automatically be posted using Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) and added to your completed rounds. You can click on the row of any completed event to see your scorecard from each event. Getting Started - Dashboard
