7. Describe Your Ideal School or District Put one word that describes conditions in your ideal school/district on each note card. Continue until you have listed everything that is needed to make an ideal school/district.

8. Build the school At your tables: Discuss the attributes of your ideal school/district. Using the cards and tape, make connections and build a school. How do the attributes relate to one another? Each school can have a unique design.

9. Build a district Turn to a group near you. How are your schools similar? How are they different? How might you connect them to be a district? Are there things that might need to be added or adjusted to build a coherent district?
