PRAVA Team: We have developed a highly skilled, innovative and creative team that has a combined 330+ years in the construction industry. Our team consists of executives, project managers, engineers, coordinators and administrators that assist clients/owners in managing all phases of their construction projects. We are continuously educating our staff with the newest and most cost effective ways to solve problems, maintain schedule and maximize resources. DBE Commitments: PRAVA recognizes the importance of DBE goals and is prepared to help meet and exceed those goals. We reach out to other DBE certified businesses during preconstruction and bidding, as well as help minority owned businesses to become MBE Certified. Average of 15% of our subcontracted work is through DBE Certified companies, but we are always striving to improve this number. We have achieved over the 30% participation on some of our projects. Council for Supplier Diversity - MBEIC Involvement: Discuss relevant issues, and ideas that will help facilitate better involvement and improve the business development of the MBE community. Safety Commitments: PRAVA holds safety at the highest level of importance. Each Employee and subcontractor of PRAVA is audited against our internal safety regulations. We have a disciplinary system to ensure that employees comply with Safety Program by employing a zero tolerance attitude to safety violations of all kinds. We establish training and retraining programs for employees including in-house training, seminars, CPR courses, OSHA safety training. We have a system to communicate with our employees, concerning safety matters, and encourage feedback. We identify and evaluate jobsite hazards using Job Specific JSA’s. We have job specific Safety Binders at each site with all necessary safety information & OSHA Postings We conduct site specific safety meetings as required. We conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings. We have a dedicated Safety Officer who conducts regular Jobsite Safety Inspections and reviews. Don’t Learn Safety By Accident!
