Firstly, E-Commerce transaction is still small. According to data, the sales value in all China cooperatives in 2014 totaled ¥3.76 trillion, while e-commerce transactions accounts for less than 10% Secondly, Imperfection of quality standards and traceability for farmer produce; Thirdly, logistics problem “the last kilometer” has not solved in reality; Fourthly, Rural E-commerce credit system has not really established; Fifthly, Cross border E-business with international Cooperatives just started;
