Are there different types of RIGHTS? Look at page 135 in your text... With your group break them into three categories... What are YOUR three categories?

Blue Terms Separation of Church and State - government may not FAVOR any religion or ESTABLISH an official religion eminent domain- power to take public property for payment and public use due process of law- ALL citizens are guaranteed to be treated fairly according to the law double jeopardy- citizens cannot be placed on trial twice for the SAME crime

I-Freedom of religion, press, speech,to petition and assemble II-It is legal to possess firearms**** III-Government cannot force citizens to house or quarter troops IV-Freedom from illegal searches and seizures (confiscation) V-Due process of law**** (life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness)
