o Pablo Picasso was called Pablo Diego Jose Francisco De Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria De Los Remedios Cipriano De La Santisma Trinidad Ruiz Y Picasso o He is a Spanish painter he is one of the most recognize figures in 20 th century art. o He was born on October 25 1881 and he died on April 8 1973 he was born in malaga Spain and he died at mougins France. o "Whenever I wanted to say something, I said it the way I believed I should. Different themes inevitably require different methods of expression. o Picasso was 14 when he moved with his family to Barcelona, Spain. o Picasso was 16 when he moved to Madrid to attend the Royal Academy of San Fernando. o Guernica painting meant peace. This painting can be seen in the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid. This work is seen as an amalgmation of pastoral and epic styles.

The paintings in the caves are known as cave paintings There are over 200 paintings of animals Some of the paintings are more than 14,000 years old Most of the paintings are of bison (for real who would pick a bison I would pick something cool like a shark or a mermaid)

When it was discovered The cave was discovered in 1879 They are protected by UNESCO They are located in the region of Calibria Located in the town of Saltillana,Del Mar The caves are more than 270 meters in length

Diego Velazquez was born on June 6 th, 1599 in Seville, Spain. His field of expertise was painting. Velazquez started up his artistic career in 1616. One of his most famous paintings was called La Infanta Margarita. This portrait was painted on a canvas.

Just like the La Infanta Margarita, Diego’s favorite style of painting was baroque. Velazquez used oil-based paints as his technique for most of his paintings. Diego painted himself within La Infanta Margarita. The dimensions of the portrait is 107 x 121 cm. Diego passed on August 6 th, 1660 in Madrid, Spain.
