2 SUMMARY OF MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES SOCIAL NETWORK – what is it? The Zoom Social Network is comprised of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and cafes that are frequented by 18 – 54 year olds. The environment and clientele of every location in the Social Network is catalogued in our proprietary Venue Profile Database. Advertisers use this information to reach the demographic and psychographic segment that fits their target. Zoom creates a custom network for each advertiser based on the unique targeted consumer. Zoom has conducted over 20 studies through third party research firms. Findings include:  Average recall rate across product categories is 38%  People like this form of advertising: 70% say so!  73% of patrons have already seen our ads by 11PM  They report having seen the ads an average of 3.8 times per night

3 SOCIAL NETWORK - PRODUCTS CLASSIC BILLBOARDS Classic Billboards are located in the Men’s and Women’s restrooms in the Social Network making this media format very captive. Each billboard is positioned at eye level allowing intimate one – on – one communication. Positions include: Stalls, mirrors, urinals. On average, each venue has 3 billboards in the men’s and 3 billboards in the women’s. Client has the opportunity to cherry pick positioning within the restroom as well as the number of billboards inside each venue. Generous 16” x 20” aluminum frame. Each billboard is sold for a minimum of four weeks. Each Classic billboard generate 20,720 impressions per month.

4 SOCIAL NETWORK - PRODUCTS BACKLIT BILLBOARDS Backlit Billboards are located in the Main areas of the venue within the Social Network. Each billboard is illuminated ensuring high visibility by all patrons and offers extended and repeat exposures. Positions include: Entry, exit, next to bar, hallway near restrooms. On average, each venue has 1 to 2 billboards. Allows advertisers to leverage the “Venue Equity”. Oversized 27”x 35” aluminum frame. Each billboard is sold for a minimum of four weeks. Each Backlit billboard generates 33,600 impressions per month.

5 SUMMARY OF MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES FITNESS NETWORK – what is it? The Zoom Fitness Network is comprised of gyms & health clubs featuring BALLY TOTAL FITNESS that are frequented by 18 – 54 year olds. The environment and clientele of every location in the Fitness Network is catalogued in Bally Total Fitness Membership Profile. Zoom creates a custom network for each advertiser based on the unique targeted consumer. Ability to target by health goals, HHI, with or without children, geography.  Average recall rate across product categories is 36%  Median age of existing members = 36  Median age of new members = 29  Average HHI = $52,000  Male/female ratio 1:1  Single = 69% Married 31%  Well-educated, managerial and professionals

6 FITNESS NETWORK - PRODUCTS CLASSIC BILLBOARDS Classic Billboards are located in the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms in the Fitness Network making this media format very captive. Each billboard is positioned at eye level allowing intimate one – on – one communication. Positions include: Lockers, mirrors, entrance. On average, each gym has 5 billboards in the men’s locker room and 5 billboards in the women’s locker room. Client has the opportunity to cherry pick positioning within the locker rooms as well as the number of billboards inside each gym. Generous 16”x 20” aluminum frame. Each billboard is sold for a minimum of four weeks. Each billboard generates 56,000 impressions per month.

7 FITNESS NETWORK - PRODUCTS BACKLIT BILLBOARDS Backlit Billboards are located in the Main areas of the gym within the Fitness Network. Each billboard is illuminated ensuring high visibility by all patrons and offers extended and repeat exposures. Positions include: Entry, exit, cardio area, free weight area, aerobics rooms. On average, each gym has 4 billboards. Client has the opportunity to cherry pick positioning within the gym as well as the number of billboards. Oversized 27” x 35” aluminum frame. Each billboard is sold for a minimum of four weeks. Each billboard generates 112,000 impressions per month.

8 SUMMARY OF GUERRILLA MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES WILD POSTINGS – what is it? Wild Posting is a guerrilla media whereby large 4-color posters (ads) are placed in unexpected areas. Zoom offers 2 types of WILD POSTER programs: TRADITIONAL wild postings consists of outdoor space on walls, kiosks, posts, etc. basically what you would see on a construction site wall space with multiple posters of the same ad. Non permission based. LIFESTYLE wild postings consists of outdoor and indoor space allowing your ads to be placed in lifestyle touchpoints (namely targeted retailers). From college campuses to concerts, shopping hot spots and along people’s daily routes, the posters will be placed in locations where the target demo can be found entering, leaving. Permission based.

9 SUMMARY OF GUERRILLA MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES PROJECTIONS – what is it? Projections are a high-impact form of guerrilla media that place your ad front and center during the key evening hours. Zoom uses vehicles to transport high-end projectors throughout the city, showcasing your creative on enormous walls through image stills. Projections vary in size and time length greatly but can be shown up to 40’ wide and 60’ tall if wall space exists to such dimensions. Zoom targets High-impact wall spaces in areas dominated by the target. 2 walls are used per session with 4-color stills of your imagery. Each session last approx. 4 hours and will be shown for 3 nights.

10 SUMMARY OF GUERRILLA MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES STREET DECALS – what is it? Zoom will place street decals in strategic positions in areas where the target audience can be found. Each decal will look like a Skid Mark that’s been left by a Scooter. The Skid Mark is sure to cause a buzz….’what single wheeled vehicle can leave a mark like that on the street?’ Each Skid Mark will be 10’ – 15’ long with the Piaggio/Vespa logo and or dealer name placed over the skid mark or near the actual skid mark. Zoom will place 2 skid marks in your market.

11 PURCHASING DETAILS Zoom makes the process of purchasing all of the Media and Guerilla Media opportunities including Classic or Backlit billboards in the Social or Fitness Network, Wild Postings, Projections and Street Decals completely turn key. We work with each client to customize your campaign for maximum impact. All production is included.

12 PURCHASING DETAILS - MEDIA  Let us know the dates you want your Media campaign to run. All campaigns start on Mondays, so choose any Monday throughout the year. Please book your campaign 4 weeks prior to the date you would like to start.  Tell us who you are trying to reach or target. For example ‘college students’, ‘affluent men’. 1.Using our profile database, Zoom will make venue/gym and billboard recommendations that best reach your target for the Social or Fitness Network. 2.Zoom will supply you with the entire list of venues/gyms that are in the Social or Fitness Network and you can select the ones you want.  Either way, you have the opportunity to approve the selected venues/gyms and billboards prior to your campaign.  Supply us with your art work on disk + color proof (3 weeks prior to the start of your campaign) and Zoom will produce your Classic and Backlit posters.  Posting will start on the first day of your campaign and be completed within 5 days.

13 PURCHASING DETAILS - GUERILLA MEDIA  Let us know the dates you want your campaign to run. Each Guerilla Media campaign is customized to meet your needs. Please book your campaign 8 weeks prior to the date you would like to start.  Tell us who you are trying to reach or target. For example ‘college students’, ‘affluent men’ or ‘12 block radius from my dealership’, etc.  There are no fixed venue lists for Wild Postings, Projections and Street Decals. We find the best locations to reach your target and meet the criteria you have given to us for placement of your campaign.  Supply us with your art work on disk + color proof (4 weeks prior to the start of your campaign) and Zoom will produce your Wild posters, Projections and Street Decals.
