The periodic activity report: Section 1 – Project objectives and major achievements during the reporting period: –General project objectives, objectives for the reporting period, contractors involved and the main achievements in the period, comment on the most important problems Section 2 – Workpackage progress of the period –Workpackage objectives and starting point, Progress towards objectives, Deviations from the project workprogramme, and corrective actions taken, List of deliverables, List of milestones Section 3 – Consortium management (co-ordinator) –Summarise the status of the project, its management and follow-up activities, Consortium management tasks and their achievement, Contractors: Comments regarding contributions, changes in responsibilities and changes to consortium, Project timetable and status, short comments and information on co-ordination activities in the period, such as communication between partners, project meetings, possible co- operation with other projects/programmes etc Section 4 – Other issues –Ethical issues Section 5 - Publishable executive summary (co-ordinator) and Plan for using and disseminating the knowledge) First year report (1)

First year report (2) The periodic management report : a detailed justification of the costs incurred and of the resources deployed by each contractor linking them to activities implemented and justifying their necessity The draft planning for next 18 months A final report on the distribution of the Community’s contribution (co-ordinator) A final science and society reporting questionnaire (co- ordinator) A final reporting on the implementation of the gender action plan A final socio-economic reporting questionnaire (co- ordinator) Audit certificates: contractors requesting a Community financial contribution for one or more reporting periods of less than 150,000 €, need not to submit an audit certificate until the cumulative request for community financial contribution is equal to or exceeds 150,000 €.

First year report (3) Return all completed documents to Katherine Loens before March 14, 2007. A close to final draft will be sent back to each partner for final approval. Submission before April 7, 2007

Consortium agreement All partners signed the consortium agreement. Since new parties will join GRACE, a new CA needs to be signed.
