12. Preparing the Project Plan Review the project description given to you Identify key components Specify the project goals Identify the customers of the project Determine the deliverables Decide on the specific activities Develop the timetable

13. Getting Organized Take some time to get to know each other – describe what each of you bring to this project. Discuss the project description. Identify any questions or areas for clarification. Start to complete the Preparing a Project Plan worksheet. Focus on the first 4 items. Develop an initial work plan.
