3 PHYSICAL HEALTH The condition of a person’s body is physical health. FACTORS IN GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH ARE: Eating well balanced meals Being physically active Getting enough rest and sleep Getting regular medical exams

4 MENTAL EMOTIONAL HEALTH Definition: The condition of a person’s mind and the ways that a person expresses, or shows, feelings is mental and emotional health. Factors that are included in having good mental-emotional health: Accepting yourself Expressing emotions the right way Managing stress
