What a Program Consultant is NOT:

What a Program Consultant is : A Resource for: Partner successes Partner strategies, interventions, tactics, and solutions Linkages with other CDC subject matter experts and other partners with specific subject matter expertise.

What a Program Consultant WON’T DO:

What a Program Consultant will do: Help you evaluate your progress! Are objectives are being accomplished according to the work plan? Are activities ahead of schedule? Will they produce the desired outcome? Are any activities are behind schedule?

What a Program Consultant is NOT :

What a Program Consultant will do: Help you with your budget issues! Are resources are being expended as planned in relationship to the objectives? Are you accruing unobligated balances? Are you spending more for an activity than you’d planned?

What a Program Consultant CAN’T do?: Darn these sprinklers and government fire regulations!”

What a Program Consultant CAN do: “There’s really no reason for confusion with this Award document. Page 95, section 33, paragraph L in the instructions, quite clearly explains..... Walk you through your award documents. Discuss any questions you may have. Set up monthly calls with you to keep you informed and keep CDC informed. Follow-up on deliverables that CDC committed to you, or you committed to CDC.
