The German flag The flag’s colors are black red and gold Black - Determination Red - hardiness, bravery, strength & valor Gold/yellow - a symbol of generosity The flag consisted of a black double-headed eagle with red claws on a bright golden ground. The golden background is associated with the myth that the eagle can stare at the sun.

Major Holidays in Germany Christmas is one of the major holidays celebrated in Germany. It is celebrated to honor the birth of Jesus Christ and it is celebrated typically the same way we celebrate in here in the United States.

German Pudding German Pudding is made from milk, eggs, starch and sugar. It is boiled and poured into moulds to cool and get firm. Pudding comes either as by adding cocoa or vanilla. It is served with custard, strawberries or morello cherries
