28th November 2008, Brussels7 Transfer of Activities from CD to SZDC: 1. 7. 2008 Organizational units to pass over to SŽDC: Regional Infrastructure Departments 13 regional centres They provide administration, control, supervision and maintenance of the railway infrastructure Railway Geodesy Centres 2 in Prague and Pilsen They provide geodesy function - uniform railway map, geometric position of rails, railway property Railway Energetics provides administration, supervision and control over the electric distribution network and service for all carriers Technical Central Office provides diagnostics of lines, uniformity of facilities on the railway infrastructure Fire Service Fire and rescue service is a part of the integrated rescue system in CR.
