Mission Our mission is to grow the movement of youth workers, who lead and implement breakthroughs that strengthen native youth and families by advancing knowledge, opportunities, participation, and advocacy.

Vision We envision a supportive community that prioritizes native youth and creates opportunities for them to discover their identity, demonstrate pride, and lead the next seven generations

Building a supportive collaborative Create PD opportunities for staff and community Document what is working well and share with our organizations and the broader community Institutionalize practices, policies, and programs that better meet the needs and interests of young people
