Four main steps
Step 1: Recruiting Reporters (LHD or CalREDIE Help)
Step 2: Training Reporters (LHD or CalREDIE Help)
Step 3: Reporter account set up (LHD + CalREDIE Help)
Step 4: DISA training (LHD)
CDPH provides resources for the LHD in each of these steps

Tips:
Start with Reporters that you already have a positive relationship with and that are good “paper reporters”.

LHD verifies that each Reporter account is linked to a valid entry in the CalREDIE Report Source Dictionary 3c
LHD submits completed form to CalREDIE Help 3d
CalREDIE Help creates account and s Reporter his/her username and password with the Quick Start Guide

All Reporters are linked to at least one entry in the Report Source Dictionary
Two Scenarios
Locations with 5 or fewer providers
A Reporter account can be linked to 5 different Report Source dictionary entries (ie 5 individual providers).
Report Source Standard: Last Name, First Name, Credentials
Example: Smith, John, PA
Locations with more than 5 Providers
If a Reporter is reporting on behalf of more than 5 individual entries (ie an ICP who reports for Kaiser).
Report Source Standard: Facility Name – Submitter
Example: Sutter Medical Center – Submitter
