8. Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia 8 Quality Assurance As providers, we are reporting the child progress on the children we serve. We MUST ensure that we are being objective and consistent. The documentation in the IFSP or on the CISF will show an external reviewer how we came to each determination.

9. Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia 9 Quality Assurance It is imperative that from time to time, we stop to reflect upon our practice, meet with other IFSP teams and review one another’s decisions on the determination.
