3. Why do we go?  Extend our Science curriculum (rocks & minerals) as well as other curriculum objectives (maps, letter writing, graphing, functional text, etc)  Common Core  MEMORIES!!!

4. Tentative Itinerary  6:00 AM – Arrive at School & Load Buses  6:15 AM – Buses Depart Fulton  TRAVEL TO BISBEE, Rock & Mineral Review and Games  10:30 – Copper Queen Mine Tour  12:00 – Load buses, lunch on buses  TRAVEL TO BENSON Tombstone, Bisbee, Kartchner Caverns Fact and Trivia Game & video of Kartchner Caverns  1:00 – Arrive At Kartchner, tour museum  Big Room Tours between 1:15 and 4:00  Load buses, get pizza dinner, head home  **7:15 PM Arrive back at Fulton

Funding the Field Trip  Tax Credit can be used to pay for this field trip this money comes back to you when you file your taxes – so it’s basically free!  Price per child for the field trip is $80  Parent Chaperone Fee is $80. More Info.  Students need to bring:  Sack lunch  Water bottle  Snacks  Polite Behavior to represent Fulton School  We give them:  Pizza dinner, drink, dessert.  Educational materials  A fantastic experience! Students need to wear: Class shirt Long pants Tennis shoes Jacket, long sleeved shirt (layers) Smile!
