Motivering & Effekter Lättare att anpassa utbildnings- och forskningsmedlen till verksamheten mindre känslig för ekonomiska svängningar Synergieffekter i forskningen både i ansöknings- och genomförandefasen som stimuleras när forskare som tidigare legat nära varandra ämnesmässigt nu flyttas ihop till samma enhet och därigenom får mer direkt kontakt Ledande forskare får möjlighet till en friare roll

Motivation and benefits Easier to adapt educational and research resources available to varying needs, and overall the unit is less sensitive to economic fluctuations Synergies in research both in applications and implementation phase stimulated by more direct contact Researchers will be given a more free role
